Yes, completely brand new. Every single laptop sold at WeFord Enterprise arrives in its original, factory-sealed manufacturer packaging, exactly as it left the production facility. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a sealed box bearing the manufacturer's original tape and security seals. Accepted Answer

Yes, every laptop sold at WeFord Enterprise comes with the genuine manufacturer warranty, which covers hardware defects and component failures that occur under normal usage conditions. The warranty period varies by brand and product line, so if you need the specific warranty duration for this model, contact our team on WhatsApp before purchasing and we will confirm it for you. In addition to the manufacturer warranty, WeFord provides a 48-hour Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy from the date of purchase. This means that if your laptop develops any fault or shows any sign of malfunction within 48 hours of receiving it, you must contact us immediately and we will take full responsibility for resolving the issue, whether through replacement or repair. For warranty claims that arise after the 48-hour window, our team actively assists you in navigating the manufacturer's claims process rather than leaving you to handle it alone. We understand that after-sales support in Nigeria can be frustrating, and we aim to make that experience as smooth as possible for every customer.

Question 10

How does delivery work?

Accepted Answer

WeFord Enterprise delivers to all 36 states across Nigeria, including the Federal Capital Territory. Once you complete your order through the website, our team will reach out to you on WhatsApp to confirm the details of your purchase, verify your delivery address, and walk you through the logistics from our end. For customers in Lagos, delivery is typically arranged within one to two business days, depending on your specific location within the state. For interstate orders, delivery timelines vary based on the destination state and the courier being used, but our team will give you an honest estimate during the WhatsApp confirmation process. All delivery fees are agreed and communicated clearly before anything is dispatched, so there are no surprises at the point of arrival. Our team also provides tracking information where available, so you can follow the progress of your order. If you prefer to collect in person, you are welcome to visit either of our two stores at Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos. All delivery arrangements are confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before we dispatch, so you always have a clear record of what was agreed.

Question 11

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment at WeFord Enterprise is handled through direct bank transfer, processed securely after your order has been confirmed on WhatsApp. The process works like this: you place your order through the website, our team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm that the laptop is available and ready, and once everything is agreed, we share our bank account details directly in the chat for you to make the transfer. We do not request payment before your order has been confirmed, before you have received clear details about the laptop you are ordering, or before all delivery arrangements have been discussed and agreed. This is intentional. We want every customer to feel completely comfortable before any money changes hands. After your payment is received and confirmed, we proceed with preparing your order for dispatch or collection. All payment confirmations and order records are kept on WhatsApp so you always have a clear paper trail. If you have any concerns about the payment process before placing your order, feel free to reach out to our team directly and we will walk you through everything step by step.
