1. Who we are
WeFord Enterprise operates this website and two physical stores in Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos (His Grace Plaza Suite 17 and Adejoke Plaza Shop 7). Questions about this policy can be sent to weford2019@gmail.com or +234 803 555 1753.
2. What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details you enter at checkout: your name, phone number, delivery address, and optionally your email. If you create an account we also store your password as a secure one-way hash, which means we can never read it. If you submit a corporate procurement request we collect your organisation's contact details.
3. How we use it
Your details are used for exactly one purpose: fulfilling your order. They travel with your order into our WhatsApp business line so our team can confirm availability, payment and delivery with you. We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers or any third party.
4. Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage for three things only: the contents of your cart, your wishlist, and your light/dark theme choice, all stored on your own device. If you sign in, a session cookie keeps you logged in; it expires automatically and contains no personal data beyond your session.
5. WhatsApp
Orders are completed through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. The message containing your order details is composed on your device and sent from your own WhatsApp account.
6. Your rights
In line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and order history. Contact weford2019@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, admin access is role-restricted and never exposed on the public site, and all traffic to the production site is encrypted over HTTPS.
